  1. First of all, immense thanks on this webpage. I’ve been so limited with my surfing because of my weak paddling that I’ve finally decided to get serious about it. 
    So, I’m surprised that swimming isn’t one of the recommended exercises. Any comment as to why?

    1. Just didn’t put it in there! Swimming can be absolutely beneficial. Varieties of long distance swimming, as well as higher intensity burst training both have a lot of beneficial carryover. It’s also great to have another reason to get in the water!
