i used to be very very bad in stretching, i couldn’t touch my feet, but with surfing i understood i had to do a lot of work with m’y body of i want to progress, i started Yoga, and musculation, but my program was not very adapted to surf, but yours is very fine, i already progress in mobility !!! inchworm is horrible for me, but everything make me progress and I thank you again !
