Professionally, I am a qualified Massage Therapist, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Chek Practitioner, Surf Coach, Foundation Training Instructor, and a few other titles and acronyms from the health and rehab worlds. I have dedicated my life to helping people overcome obstacles in health, performance, and vitality. 
For nearly the last decade I have applied those skills to help surfers surf. From rehab and pain relief to high-level performance, from young women to older men and everything in between, I have professional insight and experience that I want to give to you so that you can improve your health and ultimately your surfing. Health and Surfing are intimately interwoven.
