We’ll focus on your movement, get detailed about your training and what is right for you and your goals, your stretching techniques and pain relief, building necessary strength, flexibility, or endurance qualities. We work together to develop detailed training programs to get your body moving optimally, but we also have to look to lifestyle changes if needed.
Are you fueling your body properly? What are you doing to keep yourself out of pain or eliminate pain? What recovery methods are you implementing? Sleep, stress, nutrition, breathing.. just a few of the lifestyle factors we’ll take a look at.
Athletic Performance of any type, is a combination of Training, Movement, Nutrition, and Recovery. We’ll find the most efficient methods of incorporating these into your lifestyle.
This is the highest level of coaching I offer, other than one-on-one in person gym setting. This is the best way for us to make big impacts in your life, how you move, and how you look after yourself.
